The difference is that the full colorful option means 4 layers of organza material are rainbow color, while the half-colorful option means the top 2 layers of organza material are rainbow color, while the inner 2 layers of organza material are white color.
The length of this underskirt petticoat is about 43cm, and the lining is about 35cm. It is made of 100% cotton, does not rub the legs or tie the waist, and is very comfortable to wear.
The waist circumference of this petty coat is about 58-90cm, and the hip circumference is within 100cm.
