Return and Refund Policy

Order Cancellation and Refund

Our valued customers retain the right to cancel orders at any time; however, A&A Petti cannot accommodate cancellation for two specific order types:

  1. Custom petticoat orders that are already in production.
  2. Once the package has been shipped, cancellation is not accepted for free.

Return and Exchange

  1. In the event of receiving items with the wrong size, color, incorrect order, or an incomplete order, we sincerely apologize. A&A Petti will promptly arrange a free reshipment or provide a full refund, covering all associated fees. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel, and include relevant photos.
  2. If the package is returned by Chinese customs, A&A Petti will reship it free of charge.
  3. For returns due to personal reasons, you are responsible for the international shipping fee back and any customs tax incurred in our country. Upon receiving the package in its original condition with tags, unwashed, and odor-free, we will refund the full item cost within 48 hours, deducting the shipping fee from our warehouse to you. Please contact us and arrange the return within 7 days of receiving the package.
  4. If you wish to return items to change color or size, you are responsible for the international shipping fee back to us, customs tax, and the re-shipping fee back to you.

Non-Refundable Situations

  1. Packages returned by your local customs due to refusal to pay tax or failure to contact customs. A&A Petti is not liable for your local customs fees. Your kind understanding is appreciated.
  2. Packages undeliverable due to a change of address after shipment.
  3. Packages destroyed or lost due to natural disasters. In such cases, we apologize and will share part of the loss with you.
  4. Package delays during shipping will not be refunded. However, a full refund will be issued if the package is confirmed lost by the shipping company.
