Q: Do I need to register to place an order?

A: No, registration is not mandatory before placing an order. However, we highly recommend creating an account for convenient access to order status and history.

Q: Are you the real Aurora & Ariel petticoat?

A: Yes, all petticoats in our store are authentic Aurora & Ariel petticoats. We are the officially authorized English distribution store by Aurora & Ariel brand.

Q: Can you custom make other petticoat length than the ones listed in your store? 

A: Yes, we can custom make any petticoat length between 35cm and 78cm. The custom made fee for different length varies a little, so please consult from us before your order. 

Q: How long does it take to customize a petticoat?

A: Usually it takes 25-30 business days to make. However, it may take a little longer during holiday days.


Q: What payment methods do you offer?

A: A&A Petti provides 5 payment methods: PayPal, Credit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna.

Q: What shipping methods do you offer?

A: A&A Petti offers standard shipping and Express shipping. Standard shipping typically takes 15-25 days, while Express shipping (DHL/FedEx) usually arrives within 4-8 days, both are door-to-door shipping service.

Q: Can I change my shipping address?

A: Address changes are only accepted before the order is shipped. Once the package is handed over to the international shipping company, address changes are not possible. In exceptional cases, you can email us, and we will attempt to coordinate with the shipping company, but results are not guaranteed.

Q: How long do you ship the order after my payment?

A: For free-size petticoats, orders are shipped within 48 hours on working days. Customized petticoats take approximately 25-30 days for production before shipping.

Q: Does the price include my customs fee?

A: No, the price does not include customs fees. While we declare a lower value to help avoid customs fees, you are responsible for any incurred charges.

Q: Does your store have any coupons or promotions?

A: Yes, coupons are offered during holiday sales or shopping seasons. You can subscribe our email to get promotion notice.

Q: Can I pay with a debit card?

A: Yes, debit card payments are accepted through the PayPal option during checkout.

Q: How do I leave a review?

A: Upon delivery, an email will be sent within 48 hours inviting you to review. Click on the email to access the review section.


Q: Do you offer free shipping?

A: Free shipping is occasionally offered during special sales. Subscribe to our email notifications for updates. Please note that free shipping is applicable only to standard shipping.

Q: What is the meaning of free size?

A: "Free size" indicates a one-size-fits-all design, with a waist elastic range from 58-90cm / 22.8-35.4 inches.

Q: Can I add an item to my current order?

A: Unfortunately, we cannot add items to an existing order. You can place a new order and email us to send 2 orders together for you.

Q: Do you also sell other petticoat other than A-line petticoat?

A: Sorry, our brand only focus on A-line petticoats at present.

Q: Can I get compensation if my order is delayed during international shipping?

A: If a package is delayed during shipping, we do not provide compansation. However, we will issue full refund if a parcel is lost during shipping. 

Q: Can I switch my petticoat option after I submit the order?

A: You can switch an option if the order has not been shipped. Once it's shipped, we do not accept option change. Thanks for your kind understanding.  

Q: Do you offer plus size petticoat?

A: For plus size, you can choose the "custom option" to customize plus size petticoat for you.
